About Lextory

Learn words from stories you actually care about.

Lextory is built around a simple idea: vocabulary is easier to remember when it comes from a real sentence, a real scene and a book you chose to read.

Why Lextory exists

Traditional vocabulary lists can feel disconnected from the language you actually encounter. Lextory turns unfamiliar words from your own reading into a personal vocabulary library that you can revisit and review later.

Read naturally

Add books and PDFs, keep reading, and save unfamiliar words without turning every page into a separate study session.

Keep the context

A word can be saved together with its translation, source book and sentence context so its meaning is easier to understand later.

Review intelligently

Saved vocabulary can return through spaced repetition so you focus on words that still need attention.

Use AI when useful

Optional AI-assisted features can explain vocabulary in context, provide examples and help make difficult phrases clearer.

Current status

Lextory is currently in beta development. Android testing is being prepared through Google Play. iOS support is planned as the project progresses. Features and details may change while the app is being tested.
